H.M. Pitt Labs, Inc. is a wide-ranging environmental and hazardous materials laboratory. We have served the environmental community for over 10 years. Our professional team includes microbiologists, analytical chemists, oil & gas chemists, Certified Asbestos Consultants, industrial hygienists, microscopists, a Marine Chemist, and a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). This team has a combined experience of more than 6 decades in the industrial hygiene and environmental chemistry fields. Although most of our jobs are local to the Southern California area, we have completed projects throughout the United States and Cuba.

• California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) accredited
• California state Lead/Asbestos and AHERA certifications including: Consultant, Site Surveillance Technician, Project Designer, Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector, Management Planner, Inspector/Assessor, and Project Monitor
• California DHS Certified lead related training
• Texas Asbestos Laboratory - PCM
• Texas state certifications including: Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician, and Asbestos Consultant
• Certified Industrial Hygienist
• Certified Marine Chemist
• AIHA certified in metals and asbestos (for PAT results, please contact the lab)
